力泰對(duì)螺母鍛壓生產(chǎn)線進(jìn)行自動(dòng)化改造關(guān)鍵技術(shù)在于實(shí)現(xiàn)毛坯棒料的自動(dòng)上料及毛坯料在各鍛壓工位間的自動(dòng)輸送。建立的自動(dòng)化鍛壓生產(chǎn)線的裝配體模型搭建了自動(dòng)化輸送系統(tǒng)的試驗(yàn)樣機(jī),通過(guò)一系列的聯(lián)機(jī)調(diào)試以及試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì),得出了2-3s生產(chǎn)出一個(gè)M36的螺母。對(duì)于提高螺母鍛壓生產(chǎn)的效率,提升熱鍛螺母質(zhì)量,降低生產(chǎn)成本及工人勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度具有十分重要的意義。
The key technology for the automation transformation of Litai's nut forging production line is to achieve automatic feeding of blank bars and automatic transportation of blank materials between various forging stations. The assembly model of the established automated forging production line was used to build an experimental prototype of the automated conveying system. Through a series of online debugging and experimental design, a M36 nut was produced in 2-3 seconds. It is of great significance to improve the efficiency of nut forging production, enhance the quality of hot forged nuts, reduce production costs and labor intensity of workers.
